ryder is 6 months old

HAPPY HALF BIRTHDAY RYDER!

i cant believe our boy is a HALF YEAR old!! so crazy!!! 

this past month has been so fun. Ryder is coming into his own personality and is just becoming this ball of fun.

the few big things he has mastered this last month is sitting up and rocking on all 4's all before he turned 6 months! i just cant believe how fast he is growing up!!

loves:

-sitting up

-squash

-everything in his mouth

-chewing on sippy cups

-anything red

-his crawl and roll ball

-diesel

-rocking back and forth while sitting

-anything fed to him with my finger

-water;bath,lake,pool

-song fancy by iggy

-squealing at the top of his lungs like a girl

-rolling and rolling around

-making mama laugh

hates:

-loud noises

-majority of baby food

-sleeping-he still doesn't sleep more than 4 hours at night

-his car seat
----
ryder currently:
-eats 4-5 ounces every 3-4 hours
-wears size 2 diapers
-wears 3-6 months clothes but is now starting to upgrade into 6+ months
-eats baby food at least once a day-favorites so far is squash and carrots

at his doctors appointment he was:

weight: 16lbs 8 oz (23rd percentile)

length: 25 1/2 inchces (9th percentile)
head: 17 3/4 (93 percentile)

the doctor said it was incredible that ry was already sitting up like he that. he said that usually doesn't happen till 8 months or so. the doc said his lungs are clear, heart is strong, ears are good. 
overall he said he is a good healthy boy!

he loves the paper on the table

i just love him

 this kid cried for about 5 seconds when he got the shots, i picked him up and he smiled at the nurse. haha he is a trooper. here he is just minutes after he got his shots in his car seat on our way home.
