ryder is 9 months old

so this month has been a big one for my boy! our ryder is 9 months old!

-took his first steps(8 steps to be exact)now he is always trying to walk everywhere first

-stands without assistance alllll the time
-has 4 teeth(the fifth is almost here)

-discovered cabinets can open and now plays with my pots and pans allll the time

-follows us EVERYWHERE
-furniture walking
-loooovvveess to be sang to because he will then start to sing!

-talks back to when you have a conversation with him my saying "mmm"
-now picks up food with his first finger and thumb
-takes 2-3 naps a day
-cries when people sing happy birthday but doesn't cry if a balloon pops in his face lol
-loves toast,mixed steamed veggies, nectarines, rice and noodles
-goes to bed at 8:30-9pm and wakes up at 6-7am

he currently
weighs: 18 LBS 4 OZ (23 PERCENTILE)
length: 26 1/2 INCHES (2 PERCENTILE)
head: 18.25 (87 PERCENTILE)

eats 5-6 oz every 3 hours
wears size 3 diapers
wears 6-9 month clothing
eats baby food 2-3 times a day plus other table foods i give him

Ryder took his first steps

ryder took his first steps on 9.6.14 and he took 8 steps!!!
he had been taking one or two steps here and there but i wasn't counting those since they were so unstable but this time its for sure!
daddy was even there to witness it!!!!

8 1/2 months old and already taking his first steps!

now all he wants to do is walk so he will try to walk first and then he eventually falls then crawls to whatever he wants! haha i love it.

teething/camping/furniture walking

so ryder has been teething now hard core for 10 days and he has 3 teeth now!! let me tell ya, teething is not an easy thing. its so sad to see him miserable, but im sure am glad its not dragging along and these teeth are popping through one after another!!

 ok so last night was like night 4 of getting hardly no sleep for this mom. ryder woke up this morning and was like this...not sure how he is so happy with little sleep but im loving it!

his latest thing is now when he smiles he smiles with both gums touching because im guessing he likes to feel those chompers!

*side note*

so ryder has been standing on his own for a few weeks now and has taken a couple steps here and there but im not counting them because they were like 2 steps and very unstable haha but now what he does is he loves to stand and then gets excited and dances which of course then leads to the fall haha but i love it non the less

                  

                  

ryder has figured out how to open and close cabinets which of course means finding pots and pans!

this last weekend we went camping with some of our friends from high school...we loved it!

so on 8.20.14 ryder really started standing by himself with not having any assistance! he had done it a couple time before this but on the 20th is when he did it the longest(like 20 seconds haha) he is getting so big!

so we went on my families camp out and he was horrible at nights! we had been thinking that he has been teething for the past month...haha... and it finally proved us right because the day we got back from camping (8.26.14)....the tooth finalllllly broke the surface!

now he is working on the second bottom tooth!
